Dr. Nina-Luisa Siedler
Nina-Luisa Siedler is partner at Möhrle Happ Luther where she co-heads the Blockchain Focus Group. She specialises in the legal implications of blockchain/distributed ledger technology projects and assists her clients with the structuring of business cases with view to legal and regulatory compliance.
Nina-Luisa Siedler is active member of several associations and initiatives (Blockchain Bundesverband, ITSA, EU Blockchain Observatory & Forum Expert Group, UNIDROIT Working Group on Digital Assets, DENA Future Energy Lab). She served as director on the boards of IPDB and INATBA. Nina teaches at the Berlin University of Applied Science and is co-editor of ZdiW (a legal magazine for the digital economy).

Alexandru Stanescu
Alex Stanescu is a lawyer focusing on commercial & corporate aspects of tech, and especially deep tech – such as blockchain & crypto.
He was formerly the Chief Legal Officer of GIN Platform, first automatized masternodes enabler for more than 100 blockchains. He worked and studied in a wide span of legal areas from banking, capital markets.
Alexandru also worked as visiting lawyer in the London office of a US law firm on international arbitration. He worked at the World Bank in Trade and Competitiveness, covering competition, institutional change management, insolvency and ease of doing business policies.
He clerked for the European Court of Justice and European Investment Bank. Alexandru was a Fulbright scholar and Wien Corporate Responsibility Fellow at Columbia Law School, earning a LLM on International Business Transactions and International Arbitration.
He holds a tri-lingual MBA from Deusto University, Bilbao, Spain and a LLM and JD from University of Bucharest, Romania. Alexandru speaks Romanian, English, French, Spanish and Italian. He is qualified in the NY Bar, USA.

Jannik Piepenburg
Jannik Piepenburg is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. He studied law in Germany, China and the UK. His research interests are focused on capital markets law as well as criminal economic law with a special consideration of financial crime in connection with the application of DLT/Blockchain.
At thinkBLOCKtank he serves as Co-Chief Membership Officer.

Dr. Thomas Nägele
Thomas Nägele advises international finance, technology and industrial enterprises, operating in the fields of Blockchain/DLT, telecommunications and internet, as well as public institutions. As a Liechtenstein Attorney and being an software developer, he focusses on Internet/IT law, as well as civil and corporate law. Besides being Attorney and legal Advisor, he teaches at the University of Liechtenstein and gives lectures and presentations on the newest legal developments.
Thomas Nägele was also a member of the government workgroup drafting the Liechtenstein TVTG (Trusted Technology Law; aka Blockchain Act).
